Ange-Dorgeles BINDE is the Founder and Managing Director of Edmond'S & Company, an independent financial advisory firm serving SMEs, mid-sized companies and public-sector clients in the WAEMU region. A financial analyst and management controller by training, he advises on diagnostics and turnaround, finance function leadership, valuation and debt structuring.

Before founding Edmond'S & Company, he worked at the heart of the finance functions he now advises: head of finance at an SME, management control in the energy sector and at IPS-CNPS, and risk analysis at Prudential Belife Insurance. He began his career at the Public Treasury, in charge of revenue collection for the municipality of Bongouanou.

He holds a Master's degree in Audit and Management Control from ESTC and a degree from CESAG in Dakar, and is certified FMVA® and IB&PE by the Corporate Finance Institute. He is supported as an entrepreneur by the INPHB Central Incubator and was selected as a delegate to the World Bank Group Youth Summit 2026.

Nanga Souleymane DIARRASSOUBA is Legal Advisor at Edmond'S & Company. A business lawyer specialising in public law, he works on public procurement, the contractual structuring of public-private partnerships and contractual risk management. He supports the firm's Project Finance, PPP & Public Sector engagements.

He has worked at the intersection of the public and private sectors: at the Office of the Ombudsman of the Republic, in an advisory firm specialising in corporate tax and accounting, and then in infrastructure and construction, notably at ESTK, where he prepared tender submissions, led price analysis and conducted regulatory compliance reviews.

He holds a professional Master's degree in Public Procurement and Public-Private Partnerships from Alassane Ouattara University in Bouaké. He works in French and English.

Roxane BROU is a financial analyst at Edmond'S & Company. Her career has been built at the crossroads of company analysis and bank financing, with particular attention to understanding business models, assessing risk and identifying financing needs.

A graduate of the Grande École programme in management at Burgundy School of Business, where she focused on financial analysis and banking economics, she previously completed a Bachelor's degree in management and international trade taught in English.

At France Active in Dijon, she contributed to the financial analysis of more than ninety companies: balance sheets, profitability, financial structure, and support for entrepreneurs in steering their business. At Caisse d'Épargne de Bourgogne Franche-Comté, as a specialised financing officer on a work-study contract, she took part in analysing corporate credit files, preparing notes for credit committees and structuring syndicated loans, as well as monitoring covenants and waiver requests.

At Edmond'S & Company, she brings this dual experience of business and banking to the firm's engagements, with close attention to economic fundamentals, risk and the consistency of financing solutions.
